Today's Tricky Question

Working in the Visitor Information Centre we get a lot of questions. "Can you tell me, how do I get to Bright?", "What things can I see and do in Beechworth?" and "Where are the toilets?" But today's tricky question was won by Barbara, who had a customer enquiring about the phone number for Japan Airlines and wanted help changing a flight.
