Another four weeks to what is shaping up to be a big weekend at Beechworth (August 6-8). Which is of course the Ned Kelly 130th Anniversary, including re-enactments, an exhibition of the genuine Kelly Gang Armour and more.
August 27 also sees the start of the three day annual Chiltern antique fair. One of the biggest and most popular antique fairs in Australia.

This year’s commemorative weekend is set to bring in huge crowds with the Kelly gangs Armour making a special one off appearance, as a complete set and to top it off the reunion of the cast and crew of the last outlaw. I can hardly wait for this super weekend. I’m also looking forward for the first time to give my talk about the Prison Hulk Sacramento, in which both Ned Kelly and Wild Wright served part of their prison sentence on board the old vessal. Why not join me on Sunday the 8th of August from 1pm-2pm.

See you there!!
